Le fuseau horaire est +5 heures à GM. Décalage horaire par rapport la France est de 4 heure en hiver et de 3 heure en été. Car, en Ouzbékistan nous ne changeons pas l’heure. Elle reste fixée pour toute l’année.
Les jounrées d'été sont longues et durent environs 16h. Par exemple, au mois de juin, à 5h du matin fait déjà le jour et le soleil se couche vers 20h. Alors que les journées di'hiver dure vers 10h entre 7h et 17h.
