Termez tour is designed for visitors who want to get better acquaintance with Uzbekistan. Because Termez is the southern gate of Uzbekistan. We drive to Surkhan Darya region which is situated in the South of Uzbekistan. We go via Shakhrisabz to visit the historical monuments:
Ak-Saray – the ruins of a grandiose Palace of Tamerlane;
Complex Dor-us Soadat and Comlex Dor-ut Tilovat;
Then we continue the trip to Termez, which will pass through the Kashka Darya valley, hot steppe and picturesque passes of Hissar Mountains. We will pass through the Boysun, which is located in Surkhandarya region. Lunch – on the way at a local restaurant. We will drive towards Omonxona, which is 16 km far from Boysun, where we have a natural water soring (source). After walking tour around the spring, drive to Termez, arrival to Termez and transfer to the hotel. Dinner at a restaurant in Termez with colorful folklore program. Overnight stay at the hotel
After breakfast, we will start a city tour of Termez. First of all, we will visit the Archaeological Museum, where you can better acquaint with the ancient history of this region. Then we drive to the ruins of Old Termez (IX-XII c.) and pay a visit to the Mausoleum of Al-Hakim at Termezi (XII-XV c.) and Sultan Saodat Mausoleum (XIII-XIV c.), Kirk-Kiz Nunnery (VI-XI c.). Then we drive to Jarkurgan (40 km) to visit Jarkurgan minaret (XII c.);
Fayaztepa Monastery (I-III c.) – Buddhist monuments of Termez; Stupa Zurmala (III c.); At-Khakim at Termizi mausoleum (10th-15th centuries) – Islamic monuments of Termez. After the sightseeing, you will be provided dinner at the local restaurant and overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast transfer to the local airport of Termez and take a domestic flight to Tashkent. End of the Termez tour. Arrival to Tashkent.
